I have no words for their staff.... just TERRIBLE

Their staff is not professional at all. Once they have your business, they will just treat you poorly. I have lived there for 19 months and even though I have never missed a payment, every time I had to talk to the property manager about some issues she was always rude and treated me as if she was doing me a favor for letting me live there.
It was a terrible experience and I felt they were always trying to find ways to rip you off, so I really do not recommend Cherry Creek to anyone.
