This place use to be a place to be until it changed hands moved in 2007. When a certain favorite apparently left or was let go, customer service took a direct hit. The present office staff is very hard to deal with and can be negative. They seem to have problems smiling. If you have financial problems, they are not eager to work with you during tough economic times and rather see you living on the streets. Therefore, they are deemed as ECONOMICALLY INSENSITIVE. They are having problems filling in empty units and I anticipate the problems to continue. They seem to be positive they will fill the units but at this rate with their very poor customer service they can forget about it.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THANKS TO THE PRESENT OFFICE AND THEIR VERY INSENSITIVE MANAGEMENT. IT IS NOT A VERY GOOD SIGN WHEN YOUR RATINGS TAKE A HUGE TUMBLE DOWNWARD SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR.

...not to be mean or anything but its hard out here for everyone. Unless you are renting directly from a person, Cherry Creek and any other housing that is managed by a seperate company will not be " economically sensitive"... not that they are selfish people but you can't help out everybody who is going thru hard times (because thats more people than you would think esp now). I mean whether u like the management or not they still got a business to run and since you signed a contract and you live there they have a right to expect their money. Much as I would like to i can't go to my apt. office and expect them work a deal on my rent or anything else, i just make adjustments and anticipate paying them as usual....just my 2 cents
