I moved into Cherry Creek from out of state. Would definitely NOT make the same decision today.
The management team is HORRIBLE - at best, they're apathetic and unprofessional, at worst, they're rude and refuse to do their jobs.
The property really went down in quality during my time there. In addition to the maintenance issues others have mentioned (the gated community where the gates almost never work, the dumpster is over-full every morning, and maintenance requests are treated as if you're asking for a favor), the overall property is not being maintained - the paint on the buildings is peeling, a brick post which had been hit by someone had still not been restored after more than 4 months, and the property doesn't enforce logal fire regulations (grills set on the wooden, covered patios) or their own policies (six foot tall blow up holiday decorations in the common areas outside of first floor apartments - Hello Grisswalds!).
They're charging for first class accomodations, but running the property more like a a section-8 housing facility.
Don't make the mistake I did ... It's such a pain to have had to move again but the property was so badly maintained and I worried about my safety enough that I had to take special mesures to ensure my own safety while I lived there.

So if you don't like the Griswold's decorating does that make you their pretentious neighbor Margot?
