I lived in this apartment complex for over two years and even thought I lived in a studio with not much room, I can honestly say as a singel woman at a young age I did feel for the most part, safe. The maintenance was great, But I did have Bugs for awhile. Also, having trash and water paid for wasn't bad, but with all the water coming from the same hot water tank, it could make for a cold shower. Altogether, I would say if your low on cash then go for it!
