As a former resident of two years I can tell you that this place is scary! When I was pregnant we ended up spending the entire summer without air conditioning- finally my husband has to intentionally break it to get it replaced. I lived in two different apartments, in the first one I had a bad leak in my hall bath and they fixed the leak but then left a hugh hole in the ceiling, it was still there when I transferred 3 1/2 months later. There are several drug dealers and when I reported it repeatedly to the courtesy officer with no response. I've even seen certain (CURRENT)employees buying drugs! One of the drug dealers said he was moving out because he didn't feel safe & his car was repeatedly broken into. I've watch a crazy man walk around the complex talking to himself. Someone was shot in the head in H bldg. I've walk out into the breezeway to find someone had puked all the way up the stairs! GROSS! I've seen that new management has taken over and hope for the sake of the residents that they make a difference. They have got A WHOLE LOT of work ahead of them. These buildings are over 30 years old and falling apart. PS- Whitney is great though.
