White Oaks has made a 360 turn around!!-AWESOME!

We have a new manager-Thank Goodness!
A new managment company!
We have a new owner that apparently has a lot of money. They have repainted the complex, re-done the pool deck, bought new pool furniture, and the gates are working! They also re did the parking lot, added a fitness center, and all the landscaping is the best I/ve seen in the 4 years I/ve been here! The office staff now has an "early bird" drawling every month which enters all residents who turn there rent in on or before the 1st in a drawling. The winner recieves, $300, 1/2 month/ or 1 month free!
If we get a friend to move in the refferal fee is $300!!-White Oaks is a beautiful, wooded place that is a gated community. There is not anymore problems here than anywhere else. I love it and would totally recomend it to anyome!
