MY NEIGHBOR WHO IS GETTING TURNED OVER FOR NOT PAYING HER RENT WROTE THE LAST REVIEW...WHITE OAKS HAS BEEN GOOD TO ME. PEOPLE DON'T UNDERSTAND THEY CAN'T LIVE FOR FREE.
