AS IT SAYS... STAY THE *BLEEP* AWAY!!!!

if you have any sense in your head you'll stay away. some people may have it good here, and it suites them to live here. but i lived here once before a few years back and it was bad. i moved in with my current bf this past year, and apparently it's not changed much. it's just awful. we've placed maintenance request upon maintenance request... and more often than not they basically never show up. a couple times they have come out, but said nothing was wrong. some friends and neighbors of ours are without heat this past winter... what does the complex do'' they give them a single space heater, rather than fix the problem. wow... talk about love for your residents. oh, management has changed 3 times in the past 8 months, guess they realize how bad it is too. my bf's car was broken into... trash bins are running over, lots of bugs, mainly roaches... we have roach motels practically all over the apartment. as well as silver fish.... *shudders* the gate hardly ever works, and even when it does work people seem to think that the exit is a back up entrance for when they cant get in. the hot water doesnt last long, so if you ever want to take a nice relaxing hot bath you have to boil some water in pots to get that experience. it's very borderline "you get what you pay for" ... i'd say that literally if the rent was cheaper.
dont get me wrong i know everyone has a different experience... but when it appears that an apartment complex is playing favorites to a select few, then something is wrong. shoot, something is wrong when they refuse to fix a residents heating & air.
by the way, my bf has been here since may 2006... i've been living with him since about august 2006.
