This apartment complex changes managers every few months. Terrible maintenance because you can only fix appliances that are 20 years old so many times. High utility bills because of poor, poor insulation. Can't stay cool or warm. After you sign the contract, the office staff turn on you for complaining. I recommend renting someplace else.

My husband and I are moving here from michigan with our 2 children. Is it really as bad as everyone is saying as far as drug related problems, gunshots,etc.... I have lived here just at a year and i have not had any problems. i have never been scared or heard anything other than a firework on 4th of july.
