not entirely happy

Moved in recently. Apartment needs major updating. Maintenance very, very slow on getting around to responding to requests (days do by before anything is done). Floors creek so loudly, upstairs neighbors have woken me up just by walking around in middle of night. Complex is gated but for the last 2-3 weeks, gate has been broken.
On the upside, apartments are spacious & rent is reasonable. Leasing agents are very nice. Lots of parking
