Just moved to Nashville from Michigan!! The apartment I moved into is very nice!! Everything is new and the hallways are bright and clean....I guess I am one of the people the other person is talking about in the parking lot, because you have a great deal of hispanic families here (actually Nashville has a huge hispanic population we are not real familiar up north) they do socialize alot..they have been very helpful to me, because I am new to the area and needed a little help getting around. My neighbors are nice people!!Everyone has been very friendly The exterior of the buildings are in need of a makeover and I wish they would let us grill out!! Manager is very strict...she likes to drive in and police the parking areas!! but, I think this is why it is so quiet most of the time... Everthing I have requested has been taken care of...except new screens!! Overall I'm happy with my place but I wish they had washer and dryers connections..ALl the people that work at Hermitage Pointe are very nice..But, they need to have some social events for us tenants!!
