Absolutey REDICULOUS living environment. Filthy, dirty, smelly hallways, broken beer bottles consistently in the parking lot, loud music at all hours, mexican parties in the parking lot, CAR ALARMS going off at all hours of the night. Put numerous calls into maintenance and NONE of them got rectified: broken refrigerator, leaky faucets in bathroom, clogged drain in bathtub, broken water heater, broken garbage disposal in kitchen. I lived like this for a YEAR. Thank goodness for friends who let me use their shower. EXTREMELY RUDE and unattentive office staff... although the new manager J. Lopez is much more customer oriented and doing a pretty good job, the last joker they had running the place (J. Lancaster) is a total JOKE. So rude and evil, I thought I saw horns growing out of her pointed little head. The parking lot is a JOKE. They put these diagonal parking spaces in and made them so tight that, if you are even able to fit your car in them, you can barely open your car door to get out. The landscaping is nasty. Very unattractive place to call home. They advertise a soccer field in "Apartment Guide" magazine.... it's a run down tennis court where they put 2 cheesy nets up!! They have this on-site security guard (he lives there) and is supposed to help keep order in the development. I called the emergency line one night because the neighbor below me was CRANKING his music up at 1:30 AM and he told me to walk down, knock on his door and tell him to turn off the music!!!!!! THAT'S WHAT THEY'RE PAYING YOU FOR YOU SILLY TWIT !!!! I constantly (at least once a week) had strangers knocking on my door looking for someone who used to live there. One of them even asked me if I had any pot to sell him (cause he thought I was someone else). They have to put monthly reminders up on the doors (in English AND Spanish) to remind people that rent is due. Real responsible people live there!! The red decks are falling apart. I lived on the 3rd floor and was afraid to go out on mine cause the wood was so rotted I thought it was going to fall apart from the building. One other thing, the lock was broken on my sliding glass door. This was noted on my move-in inspection. They told me that since I live on the 3rd floor, no one would be able to climb all the way up there... THEY NEVER FIXED IT! Unsafe, dirty, rude, loud, crumbling building, DISASTER. Please turn and run as fast as you can away from this one! Not a place you could ever call home. I am male, but especially if you are female looking for a place to call home, turn and run FAST away from this one, unless you like a bunch of -------- hitting on you. Too bad I had to give this rating 1 star... there wasn't a choice for 0, but that's my real rating on this total DUMP.

Wow, what a way to live. I have problems here now, after reading this I can see how bad it could end up getting. I can't wait until my lease is over so I can get out of here.
