Do not ever consider living here. I am currently moving next weekend. The place is nasty, the people in the office are rude and unorganized. Codes should be out here to see how this place is run. Last summer ('06), I reported a leak in the middle of my ceiling in the first bedroom. In April of '07, the ceiling finally caved in. During that 9 months to a yr in between, I mentioned the problem a dozen times to the manager, Jennifer Lopez. Nothing was ever done about it. In April, when my ceiling caved in, there was fiberglass and dry wall all over everything when I got home. Took me 2 days to clean up the mess. It destroyed some bedding and my top mattress. I went to Jennifer on the 3rd (the cave-in happened the night of the 2nd) and told her the problem. On the 19th, they came to close up the gaping hole in my ceiling. I went and talked to the asst manager of the complex after it had been completed, and told them that for the 15 days that I couldn't slepp in my bedroom, I was not going to pay rent, but would gladly pay for the rest of the month. I was talked down to like a child. I called Dominium in Chicago, the people who own the property, and informed them of the situation. A week later, Dominium informed me that I was not responsible for the rent during that time. I paid the remainder, yet Jennifer continued to act like a child about the situation. I have been a tennant here for two years now, bothered no one, yet still treated like this. I just want to warn anyone who is looking for apartments in Hermitage, and would like to let them know of what they will be getting itno. As I read many of the other comments on here, I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. No wonder Jackson Grove is the lowest rated apartment complex on this site for the area.

Well, hopefully you signed the petition that's circulating. I did, and know of several others who did as well. We should not have to suffer emotionally and mentally because of the living conditions here.
