THIS COMPLEX IS FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT...THERE IS NO PARKING...THE HALLWAYS ARE FILTHY AND STINK - THERE SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC TIMED AIR FRESHENERS MOUNTED SOMEWHERE IN THE HALLWAYS ON EACH FLOOR...THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN...

GANGSTERS PARTY @ BLDG. ENTRANCES AND I AM SCARED TO LEAVE OR GO INTO MY APT. AFTER DARK - THERE HAS TO BE A SECURITY OFFICER PUT IN PLACE AT NIGHT - THIS IS NOT AN OPTION!!!...THE PARKING LOT IS DISGUSTING ON THE WEEKENDS BECAUSE THERE IS NOONE TO PICK UP THE TRASH...THERE ARE VEHICLES WITH WINDOWS BUSTED OUT/FLAT TIRES JUST SITTING THERE AND TAKING UP PARKING SPACE - WHICH NEEDS TO BE ASSIGNED BECAUSE I AM NEVER ABLE TO PARK NEAR MY APT...

MAINT. IS UNABLE TO FIX AN ISSUE IVE HAD FROM DAY ONE...THERE IS AN OLD MAN WHO WALKS THE PROPERTY HALF-DRESSED BOTHERING TENANTS...THE LIGHTS ARE OUT MOST OF THE TIME INSIDE AND OUT...I FEEL LIKE I LIVE IN THE PROJECTS.

I HAVE RECENTLY SEEKED COUNSEL/ADVISE FROM AN ATTORNEY FRIEND REGARDING WHAT MY RIGHTS ARE AS A TENANT GIVEN THE DEPLORABLE LIVING SITUATION HERE. I AM CIRCULATING A PETITION WITH HOPE THAT THE TENANTS WHO WANT TO SEE THE CHANGES THAT ARE NECESSARY BE MADE, WILL SIGN IT. I AM ALSO MEETING WITH WRITERS FOR BOTH THE TENNESSEAN AND THE NASHVILLE SCENE TO DO A STORY ON THIS COMMUNITY. MY MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH IS SUFFERING DUE TO THE LIVING CONDITIONS HERE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE PAYING MY RENT BUT I WILL NO LONGER PAY IT UNTIL ALL OF THESE ISSUES ARE ADDRESSED. I WILL NOT BE FORCED TO MOVE - I CAN NOT AFFORD THE TIME, EFFORT, OR EXPENSE OF IT.

Wow, so I am not the only bothered by the awkward fellow with the dingy tanktop who likes to be in everyones business? This place smells like all holy hell, I have to get adjusted just to walk in to my building. This place is super stank!!! And yes the walls are thin as all get out. I am no way adverse to adults having passionate sex, we need more of that in America to calm down, but I do not want to hear everthing, not just moans but actual skin contact...come on!!! The ------ electrical job is evident by all the lights in and out of apartments never working, and I see ya boy stealing electricity from the hallway down there. By the way, I was at the barbershop the other day and one of the customers mentioned that he didn't know Hermitage had Section 8 housing and referred to Jackson Grove as Jackson Homes, he didnt even know I lived there just noticed that the ---- was right next to Wendy's and was always dirty....

this place is going back to the way it was.people wandering outside all hrs of the night. and these people with little dogs who think because they are outside with them they can run free. they leave the outside also to do nothing but bark. wash machines already broke but what gets me they cant put a note on them to say out of order. this place is just a mess!!! oh and im getting sick of people buzzing my damn intercome because they dont have their key!
