Please take your time and look around this place before you think about moving in. Being paranoid about the state of the economy is what lead me here. We toured when the place was empty because according to the staff they tore the place down and rebuilt it...but they brought back the old residence who tore it up to begin with. My building is decent, but the one next door with the laundry room smells worst than the horse stables I visited last year in Mexico. People park where ever they want to and just loiter around all day like a bunch of zombies post Armageddon. This is an equal opportunity dump you get all kinds, but mainly just bums. No one has a job, and that is obvious when I go to work in the morning, the same cars are in the same spots at 5, and do not move through the night so don't tell me they work third shift. This complex looks like an attempt to bring people out of section 8 housing into the general community. I hate it and am ready to move, I get tired of people asking stupid question like where do you work, or why do you work. The office staff changes so much I do not know who runs what, but the little guy in their now needs to be brought down a couple notches. He acts all high and mighty and I guess I can't blame him he is in dress clothes and everyone else looks like yesterdays garbage, but he needs to realize some of us make more than him and could care less about this place. Their is also a weird old man with breast who walks around all day smoking in his tank top and bothering people. He looks like a scarecrow. Jackson Grove is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

i cant agree more w/ this review...every point you made is unfortunately valid...my quality of life and my sanity have been affected by living here...its a disgusting place to live.

Well Dkface ??? What does that username stand for??? Dickface Should I say...? You should only speak the facts... No one works here, well you aint meet one of your neighbors.!I go to to full time @9am and then head off to work @ 3pm so thats a lie.... If I wanted to be like you I would say no one goes to College around here( not knowing anything)... And maybe its not the apartments they should look at its you... Because no one is making you stay here.If it as half bad as you make it BREAK YOUR LEASE AND MOVE OUT! Parking spots of cours they park where ever they can park we dont have our apt numbers on the lot, and that would cause more confusion... I guess you going to run to wal-mart next and complain because there parking is about the same. Mainlyjut bums.... what the! so are you included may I ask? And the quote un quote lil guy in the office name is Billy. Get it right and dont get mad at him for doing his job because you probably dont pay your rent on time; or breaking everything and expecting it to be fixed every sec,And if you make more than him by living here tells me this is what you could afford so if your so called wealthy or rich take yourself to HollyHood.. I mean HollyWood...lol Your complaining about him dressing nice shut the hell up are you on your menstral!!??? im confused. One min its bums and now its you dress to niice for work and thn after that no one works but in order to dress nice to have to work dummy!lol Okay what i think is you have to much tome on your hands.. You think about alll the negatives and not positives. Your to busy complaining that you still aint packed your things and moved... I would advise everyone not to even read dickfaces comment... their miserable and misery loves company. From me this is a very decent and nice place to live. Its secure and safe. The staff Billy and Krystal are very respectful. If you need anything fixed it will be within a day or so unless its an emergency then asap. Be aware if you dont pay you dont stay... but If you need a shelter over your head why wouldnt you? You should probably spend your 9-3 at Sylvan Learning Center taking a reading, writing, and/or typing class. If you actually read what I wrote, you would notice that I said I can not blame him for his attitude and even commented on his style. I am merely commenting on what I have observed, and Jackson Grove is about as safe as your chances of winning a spelling bee, all the break-ins going on around there is ridiculous, and its not a normal week at Jackson Grove until someone gets thrown out on the streets and the cops show up, and by the way I am moving out of that ---- hole, and I will take myself somewhere nice. I learned my lesson, never again will I settle just because. You take care, and have a blessed day and don't worry my rent check will be there on time on the first like it always is you all keep up the good work in the office and stay off the computer so much, please erase the Brown Pride tags off the dumpster and tell the old man by the tennis courts to get a bra... I am the Property Manager of Jackson Grove and would like to do whatever possible to resolve any issues that you may have. Please let me know what we could do here in the office to make your living experience at Jackson Grove better. lol! about the old guy walking around. yessssssssss he is so nosey! reports to the staff about everything! and also id like to note that none of the washers work in the laundry room by the office .. think they would put a out of order sign up. so people dont waste their money in there.
