We were not allowed to see the apartment before moving in. We knew why on move-in day. The apartment was not ready!!!! There was a huge orange stain in the carpet, no shower head in the master bath, ragged carpet, towel rack falling down. We were over a barrel and needed a place to live so we moved in anyway. We get absolutely no response from office staff and have complained several times about the lack of maintenance response. We have a piece of threshold trim in the guest bath that has been loose for a month and 1/2. The towel rack continues to fall after they "fix" it and our back deck wall is rotting and falling down. When we leave messages for maintenance, no one calls us back. They just show up and leave a note in the apartment. We are definitely leaving when lease is up.
