The management of this place is the absolute pits. We were not allowed to see the apartment before we move in. The carpet was filthy. The told us they would replace it before we moved in. They lied. There was mold everywhere. (Appearently there was water damage to the apartment that we were not made aware of before moving in.) It looked like they hadn't changed the filter in the HVAC unit in YEARS. I did it myself because my little one was sneezing like crazy. And don't get me started about managements choice of tenants. Call Metro Police for their report on the place. In short, this has been the worst experience of my life!
