Well, Memorial Day has come and gone, and the pool is not even open and my pool view is nothing but a pool with a little bit of disgusting dirty water at the bottom and about 20 pieces of tile laying around the deck. Not to mention everytime you need something fixed you have to get on them about it. No walk-thru when we moved in.
