To clarify things, NO I did not get paid to write my information, nor am I related to anyone who works for Oakwell Farms.
You ARE CORRECT, just as you have a right to display your opinion, I have a right to display mine. THIS WAS NOT A PERSONAL ATTACK AT ANYONE, just a point. I do not appreciate the fact that I am referred to as someone who can not make an adult decision or make an adult comment without being talked down to.
If it truely took three months to get a maint. issue resolved, then you are right, that is WRONG. However when someone is complaining that the pool is not open for Memorial Day, without making note that NO OTHER COMPLEX'S pools were open as well due to the rain (and you must admit we had a lot!). Also as in the case of the pool being closed this weekend, if people would ask, would know that it was due to tennant error, not Oakwell Farms (someone decided to use glass in the pool area, even though it was PLAINLY written in the newsletter, and is posted at the pool). All I am saying is before you gripe, call and find out...They don't mind talking to you and about the only time I have seen them get even a little upset is when someone was treating them bad.
As far as the move in...no, you shouldn't have to demand a walk thru, but realise they are constantly renting, and if they didn't do one, and you didn't demand one, then the fault doesn't just lie with them alone...
