Really, It's great that some people have actually had positive experiences with Oakwell. But, those of us who didn't have a right to share our views.

As for "demanding" a walk-thru, I should not have to "demand" anything. It shouldn't be something I would have to beg or use threats to accomplish. I also understand that emergency maintenance problems must be handled first. However, I do not think there are emergencies 24 hours a day for 3 months (which is the length of time it took to get one of our problems fixed)

I understand they've hired almost all new office staff. Maybe your experience will continue to be peachy.
