We have lived at oakwell farms for about 6 months now.. and in that time period we have had 3 different notices of robberies. Also the other thing that has happened that we were not notified of before we moved into our apartment that it was placed next to 5 different a/c units. which when it rains and someone has theirs on.. it sounds like a helicopter is landing in my bedroom. But other than those minor details it has been a great experience.

Yeah I can't believe how many times I have pulled up the davidson county crime log on www.tennessean.com and say Residential burgulary at 1800 block Oakwell Farms lane. And all the times by those are early afternoon like 1pm and 2pm. I thought that these apartments were in an okay area but maybe not
