Not worth the price. We have gotten new welcome flags and doormats since the management has changed, not to mention rent going up $65. It must be to compensate for the flags and doormats. They have yet to make any interior or exterior repairs. The exteriors of the buildings are dilapidating - stucco falling off, paint chipping, shutters on the ground, rusting roofs, and some roofs over outdoor stairs are falling down. There is also a plauge of moths and brown recluses.
