I've lived at Oakwell 2 years, and I can't wait until my lease is up. My apartment itself was pretty nice, but the management is unacceptable. It's changed 3 times since i've been here and my rent has gone up nearly $100. There are several awesome maintenence guys, such as the guy in charge, and then there is a young short man that runs around with some sort of tenant hatred and loves to cause problems.
