Ok so...Im actually from out of state, moved here for family ties and well where to start lets see, First off if your scared of spiders do not move here. I've only been here 5 months and lol...this is a joke...I read some one elses review who said you will have spiders and buggs any where you go this is true yes you will have spiders but not brown recluses...Now the truth...i grew with a single mother who was lead maintenance/managment for all of my 22 yrs of my life before she passed away, she was the one who was hired to come in to a place like this and straighten it out, get the back make readys together and service orders back up to a few a day. So this is coming from some one who has a extremly LARGE amount of experience living in apartments due to having to live in them all my life because most places require you to live on property when working for the complex. So now YES this place IS OVER RUN with brown recluse spiders, we have found them crawling on us on our coach, laying down trying to enjoy a nice movie, in bed with us, all over our patio, i mean i can go on and on about the spiders...NOW...as far as noise is concerned, the loudest thing you can hear in a day is a horn honk if your lucky. So the place has that going for it. As far as the staff is concerned lol...there about the same in most middle average complex's i don't expect prompt service for any of my issues which is fine unless its a big issue. Understandable they have a lot to do during the day. Now as far as every one talking about break ins to cars...YES we have had our car broken in to twice now...this seems to be a common thing here and the office people pretty much just blew it off like they did our spider issues. Im not the type to cause a big show like my mother was and tell them to get off there ass and do something about it but i will say this...once my lease is up im defently getting out of this place and am looking at getting a house...i don't know if i want to trust another apartment here ever again after this and plus my wife is really upset about the crawling on us deal lol so...Now as far as other issue's, yes we have cats that poop on ur rug, only happen once so far to us so not that big of a deal, things happen...ummm i'd say in the last 5 months i've been here thats probably about it as far as issues go. I think if they would just fix things instead of temporary fixing things they would be a great place to live compared to other apartments, but as long as the spiders are here and people are breaking in to our car that are idiots for obvious and other reasons i can't say then we have no choice but to seek residence else where. So for thoughs wanting to move here if your ok with all this then thats awsom givem a shot and for thoughs who don't want this issue then my recommendations are to look else where, another thing is remember demo apartments are apartments that have been cleanuped up and made to look perfect so they can grab you while your down...make sure you recommend to them that you would like to see a vacant unit and if they refuse then trust me its not worth puting the time and money in, remember your the one whos going to be paying hundreds a month to them so don't let them pressure you in to something or sneak anything by you. Now we don't really know the nabors...they say hi and seem nice coming in and out but as far as knowing them then we don't we pretty much just keep to our selves. So thats basicly it, our electric bill runs us about $70 to $80 a month so not a issue there, if you want security and want to feel safe i do suggest the other persons comments with a tazer...thats about right...so thats about it that i can think of...ok thanks.
