I moved into Oakwell a few months back and I like it so far. I read some of the reviews on here, but I haven't had any major issues. My apartment is priced right and the locations is awesome. I can't really complain. Just my two cents. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Not a safe place to live. I have been here 1 1/2 yrs the first thing that happened is my cat is allergic to pesticides that was explained to office they sprayed and poisened my cat and he died. Then my aptartment has been broke into and they will not let me out of my lease even though I am paying full price and they have lowered the rent $200 and riff raff now lives there and I was told today they are not responsible for my saftey.. nor for killing your pets
