I live at the Park and I, too believe it is way overpriced, old, and bug infested. It does give me some sick comfort to know other people had bugs in their apartment, and it isn't just me. I have a 17 mos. old and I cant let her walk around in the apartment. I hate it here. I can hear every single sound the people upstairs make, it sounds like elephants live up there. My lease runs up this summer and I will be checking reviews of other apartments before I pick one this time. I didn't know this website existed.
