Bad apartments. Had to move into another because of flooding. Then I find out the building next door to the one they put us in temporatily has had trouble with flooding before too. They tried to get away without changing the carpet and just call in a carpet cleaner and use a dehumidifier like they did my neighbor (their go-to solution it seems) . There was mold on the walls in closets even after the new carpet. My only guess is they didn't check to see if the floor was dry before putting down the carpet pad and carpet. So if you are up to losing things due to shotty plumbing and construction, go for it. If you do decide to move in, get renters insurance and list everything you own. Chances are somwhere along your stay here you will need to file a claim.

Amen to that review. We've had flooding issues too and they are lazy and don't want to do anything to improve this place. They didn't even offer to change our carpet. We've had flooding issues 6 times in the 1 and 1 half year we've been here. When asked to transfer apartments we were told we could but would have to pay a $300 transfer fee. This was even after I told them I have severe allergies to mold and was staying sick. The after hours answering service is RUDE. I've been hung up on 3 times by them and NEVER can you get ahold of maintenance after hours. And the paint job? Who ever heard of painting over brick. This place looks like the projects now!!!!!
