I been at the Park for nearly 4 years and I was really surprised to come across such bad reviews. I have never had any problems at all. No flooding, no bugs, no break-in's, no maintenence issues. The staff is very nice to me and most know me by name which is surprising. I once had a problem with a noisy, very psycho neighbor, and the staff was generally concerned and did what they could to solve the problem and she eventually moved out. My current neighbors are quiet and considerate. Laundry and gym facilities work and the pool is kept clean. I really can't complain at all. As far as having to pay out your lease if you move out early, these details are in the lease and the staff points this out to me each time I renew my lease. The rent is very reasonable and the location is close to the interstate.

Sorry, but I dont work in the office...and I still live there but will be moving out at the end of my lease because I'm getting married. There has been almost a complete staff change since I wrote the review so things have changed a bit. Overall, I still can't complain about my experience at the park. Rent is reasonable, and you can't expect the world when your rent is less then most in the area. Just because you may have had a negative experience at the park doesn't mean everyone else has.
