I was pleased with the complex.

I originally moved here with my girlfriend. I liked the location because of its convenience to the freeway and proximity to Nashville metro area (15 minutes to downtown without traffic.) My girlfriend liked how close it was to grocery stores and restaurants (up the street on Old Hickory.)

The apartment was very spacious at 800 sq. feet and in good condition. I had been a little hesitant after reading some reviews of the place but we worked with Lauren in the office and she was very sweet and understanding. There was an initial holdup with our move-in that wasn't the fault of the office staff and they were sympathetic to our needs, even offering to let us stay in a furnished residence until we were OK'd by their company.

Our apartment was in the 1500 bldg, which was convenient to parking, the office/pool, and mailboxes. Parking was never a problem. At very worst, when I come back late at night, I couldnt park directly in front of the apartment. It was slightly dissappointing to have the pool close after labor day despite the fact that there were several gorgeous days in the following weeks.

The only noise that was a problem was the upstairs neighbors doing odd tasks like drilling or vacuuming at midnight or later, but nothing that warrented reporting it. It was kinda noisy when they were walking around the apartment as well, but I never had an issue with neighbors adjacent to us.

I never really had an issue with bugs even though they were there, but that is to be expected given the natural habitat that surrounds the area. Some crickets and waterbugs were able to get into the apartment underneath the doors but there were never any roaches or rodents.

All in all, the apartment was well maintained. I never had to call the maintenace staff for anything but they were nice when I ran into them around the complex.

The one thing that sucked was when I broke the lease, which I knew I would have to do because of my job, they do knock you pretty good for it. However, all that was disclosed in the lease and I was able to prepare for it. They were willing to wave the extra fees if I signed a lease with another one of their properties where I was moving to, but there weren't any convenient to the area I was looking.

My overall opinion of the place is that it was enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartments to someone looking for a quiet convenient location outside of Nashville.
