This by far was not what i had hoped for. We were not here one month and had 3-4 maintenance calls. I really do not want to ask for any more because i doubt they can get it fixed.I am tired of being told it is fixed when it is not. The toilet still runs, the stove is so out dated that the elements do not set correctly. We were told that the carpet was new enough only to find out the nasty, smelly stuff they tried to wash and cover up is seeping through once again. Then to add to that the summer weather brings pool issues that are crazy. Living in Tn just 1 year it shouldn't take a weather man to tell you when we get to Memorial Day week-end you can be pretty sure the days will be warm. If two pools is what this Apartment should have open then Maybe sometime in March or April the Management should work harder to make that happen. I wonder how many people they showed this Apt community to that was looking forward to the pools. Well there are two pools; but not functioning. They have only one and it is not open even 1/2 the time. It being the middle of June. Does any body care besides the people who are waiting to see when things will get fixed. No doubt when this lease is up we will have a different place to call home. If you are looking for a place don't come here keep looking! Pay a little extra you will get better.
