Dont do it... here is why..

The rent is not bad.. but they are not clean. it took 3 days for them to fix our air. it broke twice within living there 7 months. One good thing about this place is they allow bigs dogs.. BUT your pet fee covers nothing. so if one thing is damaged. you will pay for it. Even though the rent is cheap when you move out you will pay for any holes in the wall you used to hang things. 15 dollars a hole!!! so if you move here dont bring a pet. dont hang things and be prepared to fix your own toilet and ac. oh and the people here are rude and short! pay little more somwhere cleaner, with nicer people and you dont end up paying hundreds of dollars for minor things! please trust me!
-horrible, annoying, back to back speed bumps.
-pool was closed half the summer.
-slow maintence
-rude staff
-pointless costs!!!
