You will not be happy here. Too high rent, outrageous pet fees, very very very very poor maintenance and staff is just horrible people.
The place is supposed to have so many amenities but NOTHING works. Everything is broken and they don't repair anything. The gym is a joke, forget the carwash, the pond is infested and disgusting, the playground should be condemned, and yet they have the gall to charge so much rent.
It might not be the worst, but I sure don't want to see anything worse than this.
