Priest at Cove Lake

Good place to live. From: Yamms2000 Date posted: 12/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I have lived in Alta Lake (now The Cove of Priest Lake) since 2002 and I have not had any problems with the apartment except for spiders in the summer. The staff was very agressive in solving this problem and would not hesitate to have someone spray your apartment the next business day. They are wonderful. However, the noise level between apartments is something to be considered. My neighbor upstairs can walk and it sounds like she is coming through the FLOOR and she is PETITE. I took the problem to the staff and it was taken care of right away. I can definitely say the problem has been corrected. The only other downfall is the security gate is hardly working. I would definitely recommend this complex to someone else. My overall experience here has been GREAT.
