I've been and am still at the Cove. I've lived here since the fall of 2001 and have no complaints. Staff and neighbors are friendly, no noise issues. Dog owners are for the most part following the rules. Maintenance is good. And above all I have had no crime issues to report. We have had something occur on the trail but that was an isolated case and for the most part I view access to the trail as a plus. Just use common sense .... Good place to live.
