So rude, I didn't even get to see the apartment

The staff at these apartments was so rude, I never even got a chance to see the inside!
I called on a Saturday to inquire about their 2 bedroom floorplan with garage. This rude young lady answered the phone "Hello!" as if she was yelling at me. She should have announced the name of the community, that's just standard.
I asked her if I had the right number, and she said "Yeah" as if I was bothering her. Then I told her which floorplan I was interested in. She replied "That what'!" as if she had no idea what I was talking about.
I was so shocked by her attitude that I told her she had a terrible attitude and hung up.
What a disappointment. I've read fairly good reviews on them, and the apartments look nice online. Too bad I never got to see them. I would not want to deal with that lady on a regular basis!
