We have been here for a long time, and we got in a good special. We are never late on rent, but our rent is going up over $200 if we stay. The noise is really bad! You can hear poeple walking in and talking perfectly clear, laying in your bedroom, trying to sleep. When the 3rd floor flushes the toilet, we hear it in running down the wall on the 1st floor. LOUDLY!! We can only imagine what is going through our dining room wall while trying to have dinner..gross. We have mold in all of our windows, I was told, it is not the bad kind of mold! I have to bleach my windows every month. Too overpriced for what you get. Management keeps changing..we loved it when we first moved here, ABBY was awesom, and so was Terrance, the maintenance guy, he was so polite, and would fix anything the first time. He is gone. Now it takes over 7 phone calls, and three work orders to fix a running toilet. My hubby should have done it himself. This morning, someone had dug up a bush and set it on the edge of our balcony. My hubby planted the bush back at 6 am so it would not lay around all week. We don't know our neighbors, so I dont know why they did it. People have climbed our balcony in drunken stupors, breaking our flower hangers, to reach their house upstairs. Needless to say we are house hunting TOMORROW!!! NOT kid friendly!!!!
