I have lived at The Cove at Preist Lake since Dec. '04. I have been an excellent tenant, payed rent, never caused any disturbance. Then 1 day, a new neighbor moves below me (3rd one since I've been there). She was there a total of 4 months & called the police on me for numerous things. One was my TV was too loud at 9:30 at night (which I argued it wasn't mine because I was laying in bed halfway asleep). I argued with the office about this & they refused to believe. The next thing I know I have an attorney send me a letter saying I need to correct the problem or I would be evicted. I stayed & didn't move. Two months later, I am late on my rent, they raised my rent because I was late. I payed $599, because I was late it went to $675 plus late fees. I am now getting evicted. Bottom line is this is a crappy place to live. Sure the outside is beautiful and so are the apartments. The staff has changed numerous times in the past year & 1/2. The property is ran by a 23 yeaer old who doesn't know how to run it & the management company doesn't care. BEWARE THE COVE AT PRIEST LAKE!!!
