I've lived at the Cove for 2 years and am moving in 2 months. I used to love it here, but the new management sucks. Trust me - all of these reviews are true! Quick list:
1. They change or create new rules and policies at the drop of a hat.
2. We've got weeds that rival the trees' height.
3. Dog poo is everywhere because they don't stock the pet stations with plastic bags.
4. One of the managers is a total bigot.
5. The pool is beyond rowdy - NOT kid friendly, and I don't even have kids, but it bothers me.
6. Your rent will raise constantly. It would be cheaper to move out and in every year as a new tenant than to renew your lease.
7. Massive bimbos in the office that can't even keep track of your packages or your rent checks.
8. Broken AC in fitness room.
9. The "courtesy" police officer' Not courteous. KThxBye.
