We first moved in here in August of '06. Back then things we're still fine from what I understand and from what I could tell. But over time everything started to change. Like our jerk of a neighbor that claimed our dog barked all night (wow, our dog never barks) that then went and got her own dog (and didn't bother telling the cove about) that barks it's freaking head off. Or, how the lawn that was once well maintained went to absolute crap this past summer. It was never watered and hardly ever mowed. Or how the pool use to be a fun place to hang out, but now it's overrun with immature jerks....30 year old kids basically don't give a crap what they are doing , how loud they are, don't care if they smoke around you, cause way to much drama (and I hate saying that phrase). Or how they never stock the doggie bags, thus dog crap is everywhere. Or how parking can get ridiculouse (last night some guy with a truck took 2 freaking spots, thanks). Or how people can get so loud in 3 apartments across from yours they wake you up at 2 am on a weeknight. Or how the Office is full of dittzy girls who can't do their freaking job. Then, said dittzy girls go and befriend the immature jerks that hang out at the pool. The fact that they made me pay a non-refundable $350 pet deposit and $20/month pet fee ON TOP OF THAT. The final straw was when we decided to try and upgrade to a 2 bed apartment, what's that you say' $280 transfer fee''' Another NON-REFUNDABLE $350 pet deposit''' I'm so glad I'm moving out of here. The management here is a bunch of tools.

I have lived here for a few years now, and yes parking is a problem. However, in the past year i have seen many improvements. For the first couple of years there weren't any doggie pots, but then the new management team came and placed them last summer. I am guessing that the only reason they would make you pay another deposit is because your dog(s) did something to your old apartment which gave them reason to keep your deposit. Thus, when you moved into your new apt. you had to put down another deposit. that's just how it works. I don't know about you, but when i moved in they gave me a charge sheet to mark any imperfections in my apartment. That way they knew that i did not cause them during my rental and was not charged because of it. I am so glad that you are moving out of here as well, have a great day, i am headed to the pool to smoke around you. ha ha JUST KIDDING :)
