The majority of people that write bad reviews on here are the ones who's apartments are completely destroyed when they move out, thus they get charged for everything. Some people think that everyone is supposed to wait on them hand and foot. I do admit that SOME of the girls in the office are ignorant, however, I really like the one i think is named Lauren. She has always been really sweet and helpful when i needed something. The maintenance here is awesome. They always have someone on 24/7 emergency call and they do respond in a very timely manner. The employees seem to work well together as a team. The apartments look great when you move into them. The only thing I have a problem with is the parking, which is no one's fault but the people who designed the complex.
