Wow! I must live in a different apartment complex than some of the people that wrote these last few comments. I have lived at The Cove at Priest Lake for 7 months and do not have and have not had any problems at all. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have a dog so I am out walking him everyday. The parking lots, trash, and areas between the buildings are picked up and cleaned daily. I live in the largest two bedroom and my electric bills haven't been bad at all. My lowest was $44.00 and my highest was $142 in the hottest part of the summer. I do not have a problem with my place staying cool or warm. As far as breakins in apartments or cars - not happening here. Believe me, people talk - if there had of been the crimes that the one person described we would have heard. I can't speak for everyone - but I am happy here and plan to be here until I buy a house - which according to the office is why most people move from here. I like the management - and the manager is an older lady. So they are not all young as the one person says. Don't believe all the negative that you read. It is a great place to live and I highly recommend it. By the way - If you get a friend to move in you can get $250.00 off your rent. Try it - I think you will feel the same way I do.
