My roommates and I lived here for about a year. We never had problems with parking, but we deliberately chose a building that seemed to have lots of spaces nearby. Our apartment was clean, quiet, and the maintence staff was always prompt and friendly. Trash pick-up was an issue at times, however-- the trash compactor didn't seem to be turned on often enough-- many times trash was spilling out of the bin. The office staff seemed well-intentioned but we did have a couple of minor issues regarding package pick-up. Overall, it was a pretty good deal for the money and it was the commute, not the apartment, that led us to moving out.
