This place is okay considering the bad area it is in. It's stuck between two really bad apartment complexes. It is gated, but people just jump over the fences. The units are pretty well maintained and noise is minimal. Crime in the area seems to be increasing. A lot of younger people seem to be moving in and creating more noise. The office staff is okay most of the time. I only had one problem, and although they acted concerned I never really saw the issue resolved. Parking is average. It is fine during the day but if you get home after 9 or 10 you usually end up having to walk quite a ways to your apt. This place has a MAJOR issue with cats. Although there is a two dog maximum, aparently you can have like up to 25 cats. They're EVERYWHERE. Strays especially, and from what I hear certain people feed the stray cats and they never go away. One has bitten my neighbors dog before. Seems like it would be a libaility issue with the complex, but I guess they don't care. Overall its a pretty decent price for the amount of space you get, but I'm not renewing my lease, I'm going to move to a nicer area.
