Looks to me like some of the posters here have had an axe to grind as they're certainly not presenting a very fair view of the complex. The buildings are well maintained, the premises are video monitored, maintenance staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. Pets are allowed and leash controls are enforced; dog droppings are sometimes a problem but the complex is overall clean, safe and pleasant. The units are spacious, 9 foot ceilings, fireplaces in some, garages available and attached to some units.

The pool area is clean and inviting, noise is minimal and about the only downside is parking up near the 500 building (by the front east mail kiosk). A number of local police officers live in this complex and crime is at a minimum. I have been informed by a maintenance person that a recent contract with the Auto Diesel college has caused an influx of younger men with rather obnoxious vehicles, but for the most part, they are well behaved and quiet. Satellite dishes are allowed; a big plus for those of us who can't stand Comcast. Close access to freeway, shopping, gas and the lake make this place an excellent choice. If there is any downside, it is that there is a section 8 complex immediately next door and why anyone would have done that is beyond me; perhaps a "mixed use" effort was attempted, but it was certainly misguided. There are obvious differences between the two; you will not be confused about which one is which, that is for certain.

Just to let you know, it is getting worse. Right now the Auto Diesel 'boys' are outside racing their trucks. Shame I did not know about the contract with the Auto Diesel college before. Thank you for posting item. One lesson I learned from other complexes is once the Auto Diesel students come in; they start taking over the complex - for the worse. I'll be leaving this year for sure.

I was told by management to write down license plate numbers and call the office. I pay them rent for a safe and secure home - I'm not the security officer!
