this apartment complex is absolutely horrible!!
the office is now full of very rude workers that just want to charge you for so much money in fees for no reason.
we were always getting yelled at for things we never did.
we were never home and yet we were having the apartment officers come to our apartment. its like we are expected to not shower or go to the bathroom.
when you are moving things in your apartment you get yelled at for the trash sitting in the hall for 5 mins. they expect you to take 100 trips to the trash.
they come up with reasons to charge you for new things and say that the "carpet guys" or the "painters" or what have you, have to come in and look at things then you can find out how much you owe. WHEN in realtiy you are getting charged for THEM to do the crappy work not a PROFESSIONAL. they change out the carpets, paint, and fix the whole apartment everytime someone moves out and yet they can charge you thousands of dollars to do it everytime b/c they want/or need the money.
the maintance guys were in our apartment pretty much every month fixing things b/c it was that horrible. not only did we always have to wait and try to get ahold of them but they would come hours after they would say they would. we would come home to giant holes in our walls and no note or call from the office.
they tried to charge us for mold. sorry but im not paying for another things when the molding just sucks completely.

this apartment is NOT worth how much you pay every month. the gate is a horrible idea b/c you can get in and out of it at anytime it doesn't matter if you have the key or not.
you can get a MUCH MUCH nicer apartment for MUCH MUCH less. so if you enjoy not getting charged with double fees all the time and having money DONT move there.
