Since moving to Spinnaker Cove in February 2003, i have now lived here 5mths. In the 5 mths, there has been several car break ins, common for the Nashville area. A break in, resulting in Murder. Lets see, parties galore as they are mostly college students that a bunch of them share an apt, hast never having any available parking spots. Drug arrest. And just recently on the 4th of July a fire that destroyed several units. Don't forget up the road the jogger that lived at Spinnaker was beat & possibly raped.
Ok we touched on crime -Very bad, Parking - the worse.
Office Staff - There was a nice office staff persont that was very helpful, but left the company. That left us with the worse CS person that i have met. It took one month to get my dishwasher fixed, besides other things. Then the air in the apts is really bad that i have to run portable fans. I was told that they would install 52" fans in the bedrooms & of course 6 weeks later no fans. When i inquired a couple of weeks ago i was told that they just came in & they would be there to install them that day or the following. Hum, two weeks later no fans. The only good thing i can say about Spinnaker Cove is the price & the location
