Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Very good deals, nice size apartments but leaks everywhere because of old outdated piping throughout the complex.parking totally jacked up.There has been mold in some of them!!!a good bit of break-ins over the summer,thin walls.Huge turnover rate in the office and in the maintenence staff.Hermitage is getting a little ghetto but not as bad as Antioch.
