let me just say this. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years have always had a credit on my bill and paid ahead of time. I have been fighting with them for a new refrigerator because my current one went bad and won't even stay cool enough to keep ice cubes frozen. I have to shop daily for food because lettuce spoils in less than two days in my refrigerator. My lease is up this month I told them I would not sign a new lease unless they gave me a new refrigerator, they told me they were sorry to see me leave and would not replace the unit even with a used refrigerator
