Good Experience

I have been a resident of Spinnaker Cove Apartments for approximately 2 years. I will say that it has been a great experience. I have seen office staff changes since I have been here that have made a positive improvement to the property. The property went through a major plumbing project last year and the leaks have stopped. This year they added fire alarm systems to the property. I feel that this is a positive step to improve the quality of the property. The maintenance program they offer guarantees that my work order is done in a timely manner. I have not experienced any problems with the property and would highly recommend the property to anyone who would be looking for a decent home at an affordable price.
