I just moved to Nashville and have lived in Spinnaker Cove since mid-December. I haven't seen a single one of the issues I've read so far. I've had no problems with parking, I always park right outside my door. No pests. no maintenance issues, responsive office staff. I have only had one minor problem in the past three months, and ir was truly minor. I wasn't happy with the water pressure in my unit, the water just drizzled out of the showerhead...so I bought a $6 showerhead designed for low pressure and now it blasts me. I've found the place quiet (I've never heard the neighbors, and don't hear too much traffic, either), well-maintained, with nice landscaping and decent neighbors. Granted, I've only been hear a few months, but I also know that I'm not in a luxury apartment complex. This a nice, slightly upscale aparmtent for the price. Anyway, no complaints here, and I WOULD recommend it to others
